Welcome to the X-Treme XM-2000 Electric Moped complete with a 2 speed shifter, 60 volt battery pack (5 x 12 volt batteries), 40 amp controller & a 2000 watt brushless rear hub motor. The Electric Moped will reach speeds of 40 to 45 MPH & travel 30 to 35 miles on a full charge. This is ideal transportation for around a 15 mile commute.

The moped uses an average of 100 watts per mile for a mixture of stop and go city traffic and out of town cruising. The current price of 10.5025 cent per kWh (Detroit Edison as of August 2007) for electricity gives a fuel cost of approximately 1 cent per mile.

The XM-2000 is fully DOT certified, however the customer is responsible for checking local laws before ordering. Please contact us to discuss the status of the MSO (Manufacture Certificate of Origin) and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) for this moped.

The XM-2000 comes with an automatic charger which can plug into a standard 110V socket and with a basic toolkit. Available in blue or red
