Some important information about ordering:

• We only sell & ship to the lower 48 states of the U.S.A.
• With pre-orders the date of availability reflects arrival at the warehouse in Iowa. It is a good faith estimate but may slip. Also, depending on the volume of pre-orders there may be some delay in the warehouse fulfilling orders. Your credit card will not be charged until the bike ships.
• rEVolution Electric Vehicles, LLC is a vehicle broker class of dealer, what this means is:
• Your financial transaction is with Get Scooters which is a fully licensed new vehicle dealer
• Your bike still ships from the central warehouse in Iowa to your door
• rEVolution Electric Vehicles (we) will still provide full pre- and post- sale support
• This set up is required to satisfy DOT requirements - but it should have little or no impact on your sales experience
• Both bikes are fully DOT certified and come with an MCO and a VIN. On the MCO X-Treme is listed as the manufacturer and Get Scooters is listed as the dealer. This should allow the bike to be registered in all states. However, it is the customer's responsibility to verify and check local laws before ordering
• Both bikes require a valid driver's license to operate on public roads. The XM-3500Li will require the rider to be licensed to ride motorcycles. The XM-3000 falls in a grey area and may be able to be registered as a moped in some states.
• All sales are final - there are no refunds. Any shipping damage or non-functioning parts are covered by the standard warranty.
• You should undertake a comprehensive pre-ride inspection when you receive your bike. Remember you're buying direct - for a bike purchased through a store-front dealer the dealer performs (and charges for) a pre-delivery inspection. By buying direct you are saving money and taking on the responsibility of the pre-ride inspection yourself (don't worry it's not that hard however you need to be aware of the requirements).

This list of bullet points will be the same from whatever online source you choose to buy these bikes from. At rEVolution Electric Vehicles, LLC we believe in full disclosure and we'd rather turn you away than sell you something you're not comfortable with.
